I need a workout routine to do at home using treadmill, stationary bike,weight machine?
I would like to create a workout routine using the equipment I already have at home. I have a treadmill, stationary bike, a multi-function home gym, resistance tube, inflatble punching/kick bag, and also a balance ball.

routine one: 1 hour of tredmill, thera band strething
routine two: half an hour of stationary biking crunches on the ball and thera band stretching

outine three: kick punch for 5 mins at a level where you cant sing.. 20 min tredmill situps on your ball
