My thighs are VERY sore is it okay to keep exercising?

Okay, so, I am not a big exerciser, and I just started doing squats recently. I started about 2 days ago, where I did 2 sets of 30 squats. Today, I woke up, and I could hardly walk up the stairs! lol.
Anyways, I know that this is normal for you to be sore once you start the exercise, but is it kay if I do more squats today or should I wait until the muscle pain goes away?
Answer:
You should give yourself time to rest. Your muscles are sore becuase they have been stretched. Try resting for 1 or 2 days, then going back at it.
