I'm a skinny 16 year old guy 5"11 130 pounds looking to build mass and the equipment I have is:
medium resistance band
two 25 pound dumbells
doorway chinup/pullup bar
bench with preacher curl pad, lat pulldown, leg curl, and leg extension attachment
barbell
four 15 pound weight plates
two 10 pound weight plates
Answer:
I would say that you might want to start off slow. So maybe start with just bench press and bicep curls. And then in a week or two if those are ok, just start working ur legs. Not that complicated
