how do i make a plaster of paris hand?

but how do i fill the glove with plaster & make it stay a hand shape? without going all fat & stuff in the palm & fingers? ?!?!?!?! argh!
Answer:
The rubber is too stretchy. If you layer several gloves it can help stop that "bloating"- put one glove on your hand, then another and another then take them off at same time (helps to put lotion on your hand first) That way the rubber will be tighter and not stretch so much.
If you have a leather glove then you can put the rubber glove inside that and it will aslo keep it from stretching.
Other than that, you can make a casting of your hand and fill that instead. If you are near an art store you can get alginate (the same stuff dentists use to mold your teeth) and it will make an exact copy, fingerprints and all, and you can usually make a few casts before it begins to break down.
