How do you measure body fat? I been using the cross trainer everyday for about 6 weeks now?
I use my cross trainer for 1 hour a day 7 days a week and I can see a little definition in my stomach, it is flat and the outline of the abs is there but what now, do I keep doing what I do and abs will appear or do I need to do sit ups?
Answer:
Cross trainings good to loose body fat, but now you need to focus on getting your abs ripped, toned and visible.
What I started doing was the 8 minute ab work out, really worked for me
